FAQs

Payment and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Not So Balmy does not offer free return postage at this stage, so we advise using a tracked postage service when sending it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and receipt of the item back to our office. If you email [email protected], with your order number, reason for exchange/refund, we can go from there!
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Deliveries to the EU and Channel Isles are charged at £15 for up to 2kg. For the US and Canada we charge £25 for parcels up to 1kg. If an international parcel weighs more, we will contact you by email with the additional cost. And you can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be in touch shortly.

We don't use ingredients that have been tested on animals. We also do not test finished products on animals nor do we engage subcontractors to do so. We also don't sell to markets where animal testing is mandatory. All Not So Balmy ingredients are vegan and none are animal-derived.
Quick answer - it depends - factors like the environment affect shelf life, so we can't give a specific answer - but most of the time the products will be fine even a year after you buy them. Once opened, they last at least nine months at room temperature.
They're made in the United Kingdom in our own lab to exacting quality standards. We source our ingredients very carefully and only work with a carefully chosen selection of suppliers.
